Susan Fix

Susan was amazing! From start to finish, Susan showed properties, answered questions, and was always available to assist us with everything! Susan made purchasing a condo extremely easy and pleasant! I would recommend Susan Fix for any and all sales and purchases of a home.

Buying a house (literally) across the county isn't the easiest thing one will ever do; thank God we had Susan! Not only did she show us a whirlwind of homes on the one free weekend we had (for the whole summer) but she was knowledgeable about the area, about all things mechanical, the large gap between our weather systems (WI to AZ), and on and on. She was also at the ready with contractors and other help we may need to secure ideas we have/had for the new digs! She was aggressive (due to her knowledge of the area and the market) for us as buyers, and we made the right offer on the right house and got it! Susan really lives her job. I love working p...

Susan’s professionalism, market knowledge, attention to detail, widespread network, and hard work were on full display as she sold one house for us and secured exactly the house we wanted to buy in a two-stage transaction. We could not be more pleased with the results and strongly recommend her.

Susan was an absolute joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in the West Valley and used that knowledge to develop a sales plan catered to our needs. She represented the sale of our home professionally and confidently, and was more than happy for us to provide input when needed. We could not have asked for a better person, and we appreciate all she has done to sell our home. Based on our experience, Susan is the best!

We had an amazing experience working with Susan. She helped us sell our home quickly and find our new one, and she made the whole process feel as smooth and stress‑free as possible. She showed us numerous properties, never rushed us, and always took the time to talk through what we liked, didn’t like, and what would work best for us. Her knowledge of Litchfield Park real estate is impressive, as she knows the area inside and out. Before we even closed on the new house, she connected us with great people for our upcoming remodel, including both a contractor and an architect. That kind of support made a huge difference. If you want someone who’s patie...

A huge shout-out to Susan Fix. I had been looking for a specific home here in my community for a long time. Susan Fix found the perfect home I was searching for, and I couldn't be happier. Susan had to jump through a lot of hoops for me and did so with professionalism, class, ease, and patience. She had my back throughout the whole process. When I was dealing with the Loan process, Susan was checking in with me constantly to make sure all was going well and asking how she could help. I would definitely buy another home with her. Susan has a wonderful sense of humor and made my home-buying experience wonderful. I highly recommend Susan Fix for your h...

Susan is very professional and knowledgeable; she understands and knows how to navigate the ups and downs of the real estate market. Susan is an excellent agent who will always be there for all your real estate needs.

Susan made the entire house-buying experience seamless, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Unlike many today, she answers her phone. Susan is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and one of the most experienced realtors in Pebble Creek. It was immediately clear to us that Susan always puts a buyer's needs and desires above just trying to get a quick sale. She took our last-minute call on a Saturday, rearranged her schedule, and made herself available immediately to show us properties before we had to leave town. Susan also has a vast network of professionals that an Arizona home buyer may need, from handymen to golf cart sales. Months ...

I was introduced to Susan Fix when I moved from Oklahoma to Litchfield Park nearly five years ago. She found me the perfect house at that time, and her reputation in the area continued to grow as I lived in the community. I called on her again when I decided to move back to Oklahoma a short time ago. She came over to the house prepared with comps in the area and a plan to market the home in a timely manner, providing me with the suppliers I needed to put the house on the market quickly and show it in its best light. Prior to closing, I moved back to Oklahoma, and Susan picked up the banner to coordinate all the last-minute details, hire painters, et...

It was a privilege to work with Susan. She possesses all the qualities you could ask for in a realtor. Furthermore, her knowledge of the area and the housing market is second to none. You know she will go to bat for you and isn't afraid to give it to you straight. My wife and I are fortunate to have partnered with her. It was inspiring to watch and listen to Susan throughout the entire buying process. She is a master of her craft!
