In addition to resale homes, we also manage rental
properties in the PebbleCreek Community. Rental properties are classified as Unfurnished
or Furnished homes
which are available to rent for 30 days or more. Weekly rentals are not
permitted in the community.

Unfurnished - Standard lease term ranges from 6-12 months. Rents are $1,100 - $1,800 per month + city sales tax. Tenants are responsible for keeping the yard free of visible weeds and for all utilities. (Landlord contracts a landscaper for trimming, mowing, pool maintenance etc.). |
Deposits - Security deposit, approximately $1000, and non-refundable cleaning deposit of $160. If landlord approves of any pets, additional pet deposits are required.
Deposits are refundable (except for $160 cleaning) as long as the premises are left in the original good condition.

Furnished - Standard lease term ranges from 1-4 months, with January through March being the most favorable and at peak prices. Rental rates are based on the season and range from $2,200 - $3,700 per month + city sales tax.. Rate includes all utilities however, long distance phone calls are excluded. |
The higher priced homes are on the golf course and include some or all of the following: luxurious decor, golf cart, spa, waterfall, pool, indoor/outdoor fireplace, tennis rackets, bicycles. Check the "Details" link for inclusions.
Deposits - Security deposit is $1000, and non-refundable, non-negotiable cleaning deposit of $200. If landlord approves of any pets, additional pet deposits are required.
