In addition to resale homes, we also manage rental
properties in the PebbleCreek Community. Rental properties are classified as Unfurnished
or Furnished homes
which are available to rent for 30 days or more. Weekly rentals are not
permitted in the community.

Unfurnished - Standard lease term ranges from 6-12 months. Rents are $1,100 - $1,800 per month + city sales tax. Tenants are responsible for keeping the yard free of visible weeds and for all utilities. (Landlord contracts a landscaper for trimming, mowing, pool maintenance etc. |
Deposits are refundable (except for $160 cleaning) as long as the premises are left in the original good condition.
Pets are on a case-by-case basis and additional pet deposits are required. Contact us for a list of our "pet friendly" homes.

Furnished - Standard lease term ranges from 1-4 months, with January through March being the most favorable and at peak prices. Rental rates are based on the season and range from $2,200 - $3,700 per month + city sales tax.. Rate includes all utilities however, long distance phone calls are excluded. |
The higher priced homes are on the golf course and include some or all of the following: luxurious decor, golf cart, spa, waterfall, pool, indoor/outdoor fireplace, tennis rackets, bicycles, high speed internet.
Deposits - Security deposit is $1000, and non-refundable, non-negotiable cleaning fee of $200.Security Deposits are refundable as long as the premises are left in the original good condition.

Reserving a Furnished Rental Home
Review the homes listed and make note of your top three (3) choices - in preferential order. Submit your request via email to ronna@fixproperties.com. Please include your top 3 choices, along the months requested, your name, address, phone number, and list all persons to occupy the home.
During "Peak Season" (Jan, Feb, March), all rental requests of 3+ months will be filled first, followed by 2 month request. One month requests can be granted only if the remaining months have already been filled.
A "placing list" is compiled from the email requests through June & July. Lease agreements are mailed in August. Lease agreement are to be signed and returned with $1,000 security/hold deposit. This deposit "holds" the property for you and is non-refundable if you are unable to fulfill your lease obligation AND we are unable to find another tenant to satisfy your contractual agreement. This policy is in effect for the "Peak Season" months of January, February, and March.
